We ship by Expedited post all over the world (except the US - calculated rates for US is by specific carrier).  In the event of a postal strike alternate methods will be used.

Our Duvets, pillows, featherbeds and most duvet covers are all USMCA/CUSMA compliant as they are MADE IN CANADA. If an item is made outside of Canada it will be noted in the description of the item, and US customers will assume the current tariffs on those items (silk pillowcases and some duvet covers etc) or not be able to add them to the cart.

We will provide a certificate of Origin (COO) to the carrier for CUSMA compliance for items made in Canada, which should provide for preferential tariff treatment - however it is still up to the customs agents to approve the items for clearance. In any dispute, please note that the 35% tariff rate could be applied to US bound shipments and is the responsibility of the purchaser. It has been our recent experience that customs may require your Social security number for Tax clearance as well. Please be advised.

Shipping and tax is calculated at check out based on the delivery address, and weight of the items.

*Customer is responsible for all duties/customs/taxes/tariffs incurred in country of delivery, these are NOT included in the purchase price. Please contact your local customs agency to estimate these charges. 

In Canada, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.

In the US please allow 4-16 business days for delivery (time in customs not included in estimate) THESE TIMES ARE CURRENTLY NOT GUARANTEED BY CARRIERS DUE TO VOLUME OF PARCELS IN CUSTOMS
